About Ida 

With extensive experience in medical devices, biotech, life sciences, pharma, and industrial sales leadership, Ida is a forward-thinking, and strategic executive commercial leader.  As Founder & President and now Chairman & CEO, as well as in previous executive leadership positions, Ida facilitated growth for multiple startup medical device/biotech companies, contributing to acquisition and integration goals. Ida has led sales teams ranging from 8 directors/managers to 650 direct and indirect sales reps, clinical specialists, and clinical engineers, while managing up to $100M+ revenue.

Ida has been instrumental in delivering explosive growth with strategic agility by building highly productive, motivated sales teams to effectively execute. Ida is skilled in clearing obstacles, utilizing proven sales processes and resilient problem-solving skills to exceed goals. She is passionate about inspiring team members to excel and volunteer on startup advisory and educational boards, and in biotech sales organizations. Most notably, Ida is recognized for recruiting, training, coaching top-performing teams, fostering a culture of excellence and empathetic leadership.

Ida holds a master’s degree in Psychology from Pepperdine University. She completed her undergraduate degrees from University of California, Irvine with a bachelor’s degree in Political Science and a second bachelor’s degree in Criminology & Law. As a lifelong learner, Ida continues her professional development with multiple certifications relevant to her role: M&A and Corporate Development Strategies (Wharton School of Business, University of Pennsylvania), Executive Leadership (Cornell University), Executive Education and Instruction (Zschool), Team Building and Leadership Development (Birkman International), Challenger Sales Process & Methodology Design (Challenger, Inc.).
